Payment Terms:

Securing Your Session:

·      A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

Completing Your Payment:

·      The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service on the day of your session. Payment can be made via EFTPOS using our Square machine or through a direct bank transfer.

Late Payments:

·      In the event of delayed payment, a reminder will be sent after 7 days. If the payment remains overdue after 14 days, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount will be applied.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

By the Client:

·      If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule without any additional charge.

·      Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

·      All cancellations and rescheduling need to be communicated via phone or email and acknowledged by Mind Your Wardrobe.

By Mind Your Wardrobe:

·      In the rare instance we need to cancel or reschedule, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Affected clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy:

·      To reschedule, please contact us via phone or email. We will work with you to find a new date and time that fits into your schedule.

·      Should you need to reschedule a second time, please be aware that a rescheduling fee of 10% of the initial deposit may apply to cover administrative costs and potential loss of booking.

·      If you reschedule more than twice, we may require an additional deposit to secure your new appointment.

·      We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will be as flexible as possible while ensuring that we can continue to provide our services effectively to all our clients.

Refund Policy:

Dissatisfaction with Service:

·      Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you're unsatisfied with the service, please communicate your concerns within 24 hours of the session's conclusion. We'll do our utmost to address and rectify the situation. If a resolution is not reached, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No Refunds After Service Completion:

·      Refunds will not be provided for services rendered and completed satisfactorily.

Changes to Services and Prices:

Adjustment of Services:

·      Mind Your Wardrobe reserves the right to adjust the services offered at any time based on business needs, client feedback, or other operational considerations. Any changes to the services will be updated on our website and communicated to clients with current bookings.

Price Changes:

·      Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your booking is confirmed with a deposit, the price quoted at that time will be honoured for your session.

Intellectual Property:

Ownership:

·      All materials, advice, and resources provided by Mind Your Wardrobe, including any custom lookbooks, style guides, or digital resources, are the property of Mind Your Wardrobe. Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without express written consent is prohibited.

Client's Personal Images:

·      Any photographs or images shared by the client for the purpose of the styling session remain the client's property. With permission, Mind Your Wardrobe may use such images for promotional or portfolio purposes. Otherwise, they will not be shared or distributed. 

Confidentiality:

Client's Personal Information:

·      Mind Your Wardrobe respects the confidentiality of all client interactions. Any personal information, style preferences, or details shared during a session will be kept confidential and not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Data Protection:

·      Any digital records maintained will be protected with appropriate data protection measures to ensure the client's privacy.

·      While Mind Your Wardrobe strives to provide accurate and effective style advice, decisions on purchasing clothing or making wardrobe changes are at the client's discretion. Mind Your Wardrobe will not be liable for any purchases or decisions made based on our advice.

·      Mind Your Wardrobe is not liable for any injury or damage that may occur during a wardrobe consultation, fitting, or styling session. Clients are advised to exercise caution and inform the stylist of any potential risks or concerns.

·      Our services do not include the purchase of clothing or accessories, alterations, cleaning, or physical modifications to garments. We focus on styling with the items you currently own, providing recommendations for future purchases as needed.

·      Stylists reserve the right to make professional judgments and recommendations based on their expertise. While client preferences are paramount, our stylists may advise against certain style choices if they are not in the client's best interest, according to professional opinion.
